We are a family-owned B.Y.O.B. restaurant located in Logan Square, we serve authentic Panamanian dishes (the name roughly translates to "know my Panama")  in a laid-back setting. The cuisine here is similar to some Costa Rican fare, taking cues from Caribbean cooking and offering a wide variety of rice, fish, chicken and cassava-based options. Try arroz con pollo, a rice and chicken dish seasoned with authentic Panamanian spices, or carimanolas, a cassava fritter stuffed with ground beef (it's also available with soy "meat" for vegetarians). Pescado Frito, Ropa Vieja and tamales are also good bets.
